The two companies have been working collectively for a number of years in order to advance the excellent digitalisation of the BMW Group production network. The premium carmaker introduced on Tuesday that it has now acquired a minority stake in the innovative, Munich-based software firm by way of its personal enterprise capital company, BMW i Ventures.
